OK use this site (You can edit on here to It's like paint)

So you can colour it here, and add details.
Open up the coloured/edited base, use the crop tool (press c on keyboard)
Click the top right hand corner or the frame and drag to bottom left.
Press enter and save it as what you want, then the number of the frame
Then, look at the top, click file undo and the full base will be displayed again.
Crop all the frames this way until all are done (11 for lick, 15 for wolf, 4 for the cat )
Then go to http://www.iaza.com/
Click the orange circle with an arrow and upload the first frame.
Click the load button. It will take place over the arrow.
Look at Mix and click frame animation.
Upload all the other files (staring with number 2 because you have uploaded number 1)
Scroll to the bottom.
Click speed - 1/100 seconds (I usually use)
Loop - Infinite
Click convert button.
It should now be moving.
Right click and save as a gif
